We loved our stay at the cottage. The views were amazing and the cottage was wonderfully clean and well equipped. Parking was no problem - this was something that had worried me following other reviews, but it was easy to find a space really close to the cottage. Hope to return. Also all baby equipment was new and clean😀.

Seaforth View is a beautiful, comfortable, superbly equipped house with a spectacular view of the sea, as the name suggests. We had a wonderful break in spite of the unseasonable Arctic weather, and thoroughly enjoyed our visits to Falkland Palace, Kellie Castle and a boat trip to the Isle of May, which we would heartily recommend to any prospective visitor. The welcome pack was generous and very much appreciated, and the standard of household equipment and facilities is absolutely outstanding; everything has been considered and thought through - it is rare to see a standard quite so exceptional. The one thing we missed in our location was a local pub or two; the one pub/hotel had closed a few months before our visit, and this is a big loss to the village. Overall though, an excellent holiday and an exceptional property.

Great house with lots of extras. Very comfortable. The local farm shop is great Only issue is parking. Very obviously some issues with the locals that make it uncomfortable. Having said that you can always park relatively easily Happy to come back

Absolutely loved this house. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you could ever need, and spacious and comfortable. Parking can be a bit tricky at busy times but everything else was 10/10. Love St Monan’s, it’s a beautiful place for walks along the coast. The views from the upstairs rooms are stunning. We will definitely be back.

I booked the house for the view of the sea shown in the photographs and it exceeded my expectations. Lucky for us the weather while we were there was fantastic and it meant that we could enjoy the views from the garden as well as the lovely comfortable sitting room. Tina was great to deal with and responded very quickly to any questions that I had and Peter went above and beyond to sort out a small problem that we had I person. The quality in this house made it one of the best we had ever stayed in and I hope that we get back for a longer stay in the future.

Lovely property overall with fabulous views to the river and village of St. Monan's. Let down a little with the parking restrictions allowing on street parking only. Would not be a great choice of property for wheelchair users with lounge being upstairs and gravel surface to negotiate between car and house.
