We had a lovely holiday here! It was amazing value for money and really close to the beach! Everything we needed (car park, beach, shops, walks, cafe) were within a slow 4 minute walk.

Hi for the price not a good deal .well over priced. would have been better priced at £350 per week very tired property

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for comment, I was very surprised and disappointed by the negative review you left about Seacharm. You said it was overpriced, I’m not sure where you would find a holiday cottage for £350 in that location. You also said the cottage was very tired, ironically, I had the whole stairs and landing completely redecorated, and the cottage was touched up throughout exactly one week before you arrived. I did note that you had an incident with your vehicle whilst unloading in the street and you contacted me to seek compensation, which sadly I was unable to help with. I do think this may have clouded your judgement about your stay in our cottage, in which it is after all a beautiful part of the country.

This was our second year at Sea Charm, beautiful cottage on the beach, spectacular views with coastal walks in every direction. Cottage has everything you need, very clean and stunning inside. Lovely village, out of season quiet but what we look for. Thank you!!

A very lovely cottage and out of season a wonderful quiet retreat for two. The cottage is very well presented and the views are wonderful, I would recommend walking up the path to the right of the harbour to watch the sunrise over the sea. I would definitely recommend staying here it is close enough to st Austell for shops and access to all of Cornwall and yet just far enough out of the way. A delightful stay.

We wanted somewhere to relax and recharge Seacharm help us both do just that. The welcome pack hit the spot after a long drive. A thoughtful touch were the binoculars. The cottage was clean and better than we expected. The shop/bakery/bar was perfect for our needs. The Barleysheaf pub (1.5 mile walk-10min drive) was friendly and welcoming the Sunday lunch was excellent. The Llawnroc Hotel was 5min walk up Church Street open to non-resident for food and drink. Take a walk along the coastal path to Vault beach ... stunning views. Mevagissey was a 15min drive and worth going to lovely harbour, fresh fish and yummy cream teas. We would definitely go back to this lovely cottage. The locals were very friendly and approachable. No problems with parking we got a spot on the road but there is a big car park with an honesty box.
