High quality appartment, fantastic views from window. Welcome scones and flowers were a nice touch. The appartment was equipped with everything we needed and was very warm.

This was a lovely place to stay, had everything we needed for the two of us. It was clean and modern with beautiful views. We were close enough to the port as we just had to walk down the hill and the coop was a few mins walk. To get to bigger towns didn’t take long either. We were welcomed with some scones, cream and jam which was lovely. And my boyfriend was very pleased that we had room to park the car on the drive as well. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Port Isaac and the area.

Great apartment with amazing view. We went in October so found the temperature in the apartment just right. As others have mentioned, an extra armchair would be nice so you could look out at the view, and maybe a bigger tv! We enjoyed it so much we’ve booked again for next year 😊

Lovely clean apartment with fabulous sea views. Not for the faint hearted as it is a long steep walk into Port Isaac.

Location was the best ,despite the challenging walk to Port Isaac and back 😂😂😂. The view was amazing !!! It would be lovely if there was another comfy chair in the sitting room as the settee was really too small for two people to sit on comfortably . Oven gloves would have been useful as we cooked local fish . Apart from those two things ,it was a lovely holiday let .

We had a lovely week, very lucky with the weather and the view from the apartment was spectacular. Good value for money and one of the best we have ever stayed at.

We had a lovely week at Sea Vista and would have scored 10 for overall rating and comfort and equipment but for the fact there were a couple of things not working however the caretaker did her best to resolve the issues and I wouldn't let that put me off returning. It had everything you could want, was very comfortable and had amazing views and a lovely area to sit and admire the view. There is a shop within easy walking distance and some lovely places to visit in the village. We would return but for the fact there has been a large increase in the cost next year.

A lovely little apartment close to the harbour and many little cafes. Very clean and quite well equipped. The bed was really comfortable and the garden furniture was great to sit out on and relax. If I would change anything it would be: add another chair/settee so we could spread out a little - there would be room to do this. I would put black out blinds or curtains in the bedroom so we could sleep a bit longer. I would put opaque glass on the porthole in the front door for privacy if you need to get up in the night and make the automatic bathroom switch on lights in the bathroom optional so it stays reasonable dark if you need to go to the loo in the middle of the night. All in all though a nice place to stay.

Excellent flat with outstanding views. The garden was also really peaceful with very little noise from surrounding properties. Shower was good quality and the bed was comfy. The flat is set on the outskirts of the village with a walk up a relatively steep hill from the center of Port Isaac - no issue for us, but for those who dislike hills it probably one to avoid My picture is the view from the end of the garden

What a find! A beautiful apartment, with a stunning view, that exceeded our expectations. Ideal for a peaceful, relaxing break but equally within a reasonable distance of many places of interest, and only a short walk to Port Isaac's harbour. We have already booked to return next year and would certainly recommend Sea Vista to family and friends.

Just the quiet, relaxing break we needed and the ‘home from home’ style accommodation was a big part of that.
