Wake up to wide-open sea views at this beautifully positioned, three-bedroom holiday home on the front row of Ashcroft Coast Holiday Park. With no caravans between you and the coast, the outlook across the Thames Estuary is the star of the stay.
Large glazed doors bring the scenery into the bright, open-plan lounge, while the furnished private decking is perfect for morning coffee, relaxed lunches and evenings watching the changing sea and sky. Inside, the nearly new caravan is modern, comfortable and well presented. It offers a welcoming lounge and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room with a toilet, a separate second toilet and central heating for cooler coastal breaks. The whole holiday home and decking are for your private use.
Park facilities
Ashcroft Coast offers heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a clubhouse, shop, outdoor children’s play area and a multi-use games area suitable for basketball and other activities. The clubhouse and shop generally operate from March to November.
The pools are open from Easter until the end of the October half-term. They normally open every day except Monday during school holidays and Wednesday to Sunday during term time. Pool and clubhouse passes currently cost £2 per adult or child per day; children under five are free. *Opening arrangements and prices are controlled by the park and may change.
Explore the Isle of Sheppey
Two of the island’s best-loved beaches, Minster Leas and Leysdown-on-Sea, are only a short drive away. Minster is ideal for a relaxed day beside the water, while Leysdown offers a traditional seaside atmosphere.
Walkers can discover sections of the King Charles III England Coast Path, with far-reaching views across the Thames, Swale and Medway estuaries. The peaceful Isle of Harty also offers quiet tracks through open countryside, grazing marshes and coastal landscapes.
Birdwatchers and nature lovers should visit Elmley and the Swale National Nature Reserves. Depending on the season, you may see marsh harriers, lapwings, redshanks, wildfowl, owls, hares and thousands of migratory birds. Bring binoculars and walking shoes—this is a wonderfully wild corner of Kent.
Important information
The clifftop position provides the wonderful view, but there is no direct pedestrian access from the caravan to the beach. Beaches are just a few minutes away by car.
We welcome couples, tourists, birdwatchers and small families. As this is our much-loved family holiday home in a peaceful part of the park, it is not suitable for parties, large gatherings or noisy groups.
