Visit the many attractions of the area whilst at this stylish property, which lies just yards from the dunes and beach.

With far-reaching views out to sea and over lush green fields that you can’t fail to admire, this detached holiday property sits in an enviable position just yards from the dunes and beach at Par. The thoughtful owners are happy to supply beach towels, beach mats, 2 wind breaks, a cool box and plenty of buckets and spades for your family adventures to the beach. Or, if you prefer to keep yourselves sand free why not relax on one of the sun loungers in the enclosed garden? A quiet path takes you to the beach, local pub and restaurant which can all be reached within minutes. The Cornish coastal path passes close by, and stunning walks can be enjoyed from the door. The town of Fowey, with its annual royal regatta and literary festival, is nearby and makes for an excellent day out, with deep sea fishing trips, kayaking along the tranquil river, and plenty of galleries, shops and cafés all lining the narrow historic streets that lead to the harbour. The village of Polmear, with its local pub, is within easy walking distance for an evening sundowner or great pub meal. The beach at Polkerris is just minutes away and is the archetypal Cornish beach with soft, white sand with adjacent beach bistro, café, ice cream van and local pub, and makes an excellent place to spend the day whatever your age, whether rock pooling, kayaking or just soaking up the view and relaxing on the beach. The area has many natural and manmade attractions and some that combine the best of both, such as the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and many other local gardens. There are many opportunities to enjoy the area without the car as a local branch line station is nearby, thereby enabling you to use the train to explore other parts of the county. There are also cycle paths and cycle hire companies nearby. All in all, Sand Dunes provides comfy and stylish accommodation whilst being the perfect place from which to explore the local coastline and countryside of Cornwall. Horse riding, golf, surfing and coastal walks can all be found nearby. Beach 500 yards. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

House was excellently furnished, well equipped and very comfortable. Spotlessly clean and made very welcome by the owner. Great location to explore Cornwall and easy travel to St Austell and Truro as well as many tourist locations. A high quality holiday house made it value for money. Would certainly recommend.

Fantastic! A beautiful home that we completely loved staying in. The decor and furnishings are perfect and done to a high standard, and such a lovely welcome from the owners. Everything you need is there in the house! Just enough in the village to get you by although St Austell is only just down the road should you need more. We will definitely be coming back next year!

This has to be the best holiday Home myself and my two boys have stopped in. It was simply breathtaking. The house, the views, the care taken to make sure everything we could have wanted was available! The welcome pack the owners. They were so friendly and made sure we were all good and offered ideas on where to visit. The views had me in tears due to the beauty I’ve never sat looking at a view so much. Thank you so so much and we will be back as one of my sons said ‘sooner rather than later’

This has to have been one of the best cottages we have stayed in. The cottage was well equipped better than cottages alot more expensive. The owners have made it a very welcoming cottage with lots of space, and it really is a home from home

We were 5 friends (older generation!) and we have been going to Cornwall for 20 or more years, self catering,so we have been in many cottages! This is a modern home ,thoughtfully refurbished, and has the most delightful view.Normally we find only just the bare minimum re cupboard necessities but here a veritable treasure of thoughtfulness--tea,coffee and ground coffee, herbal teas, oil enough, diswasher tablets, soaps, hand cream, even netflix! let alone a Cream tea and a welcome bottle of wine---and help ever at hand if need be.
