A truly relaxing place to spend a holiday. Plenty of things to do and see within the Argyll and Bute Area. We were blessed with two weeks of find weather. Fiona and David were very approachable, friendly and helpful. No major concerns from us. Free Range eggs highly recommended!

Overall, a great place to base yourself. Great views and peaceful tranquility set in the countryside. Lovely welcome basket with goodies that lasted us all week House was great for our needs and an absolute PLUS were the really comfortable beds which can make or break a vacation. The only downside for us - if we were to think about it were the sofas. Not very comfortable for us, but maybe that's a personal thing The weather was also kind to us  Thank you for sharing your cottage with us.

We all had the most wonderful family holiday (6 of us including my 5 week old grandson) at Rowan Cottage. Stunning location with the most amazing views which will stay with me forever. The cottage itself was really lovely, had everything we needed and had such a homely feel. Our hosts were lovely humans who left a gorgeous welcome pack full of goodies! Wifi was fine (8mbps) and we streamed Netflix no probs! Shower was the best I’ve ever used, so powerful! We were able to get a Morrisons delivery to the cottage no problem at all which meant not having to lug everything with us! We went quad biking with David and clay shooting during our stay which was really fun! There is nothing negative at all to say and there is the most amazing little cafe (the Blairmore) 2 minutes along the road, and the food (especially the Stormhaven black pudding) was fantastic! We will be back!!!
