There was no usable WiFi in the cottage. Location was too remote and it was on the outskirts of Hartland ( the place name should be given and not the nearest town. Bedroom was very cramped with double bed just fitting.

Rose cottage very nice quiet relaxing rural setting, clean and comfortable. Debbie (the owner) and Millie dog couldn't have been more welcoming. We look forward to another visit at sometime in The future.

One of the best equipped cottages we have stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. Debbie was very helpful when we first arrived with local information. Cream tea when we first arrived was very welcome. Millie the dog was extremely friendly. We would recommend the cottage to family and friends.
