We really had a great time and would definitely return. Accommodation was very nice and clean and featured all the amenities you would need. Location was great, with easy access(by car) to Lancaster,Morecombe, and the lakes. This is a working farm so there was dogs barking early morning and other animal noises. This didn't bother us but some people it may. Remember working farm. Overall a great 5 nights and will return.

A lovely cottage with fantastic views towards Morecambe Bay and the southern Lake District. The cottage is on a working farm in open countryside, but it's only about 5 miles from Lancaster.

We had a lovely break at the cottage. The accommodation is modern and well equipped. Only a short drive to Lancaster and a good base to visit the surrounding areas. We visited Lancaster, Morecambe, Kirkby Lonsdale, Bowness-on-Windermere and Kendall. Visited our friends in Barrow-in-Furness too. We took our dog Tess and found many places that welcomed dogs including pubs and places to eat. We were very lucky with the weather too.

Had a lovely week here. Spent a fair bit of time out and about, so can't comment on days there. Very clean. Say hello to the cat, but please don't feed him. Comfortable bed. I could easily live here full time.

Was a cosy cottage with good views. Enjoyed exploring the area. Working farm so often heard the dogs barking but that's to be expected!

Lovely homely and comfortable propert in a fabulous setting overlooking the countryside and views of Morecambe Bay. Our only negative is we felt the property lacked some of the basics needed for a home away from home and the little touches were missing - no milk on arrival to make a drink, etc. - which when you’re miles from a shop and arriving late would be most welcome.
