This cottage has been constructed to give a traditional look yet meets top ’eco’ specification to provide quality accommodation whilst caring for our environment to ensure high energy efficiency. Roe Cottage is built in stone, giving the impression that it may have sat there for hundreds of years. Every last detail has been carefully considered to provide comfortable living.
Roe Cottage provides spacious accommodation for four visitors with a kingsize and twin bedroom.
Paythorne is ideally located for exploring both the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. The village itself is well catered for with the local caravan site providing a shop where basic provisions may be purchased, there is a pub within 500 yards of the cottage, yet it enjoys a quiet, secluded location away from the village. There is a Post Office just 3 miles away, and the wonderful amenities of Skipton are within very easy reach. Paythorne provides an ideal location for walking and cycling, and there are many other amenities within the immediate area including a golf course.
