Great holiday accommodation for 1 or 2 people but I would think a very tight squeeze for 3 with one sleeping on the sofa in the lounge come kitchen. It is a beautifully converted shed come garage the size of a static caravan, perfectly adequate for my needs and situated within easy reach of Sidmouth and all local beauty spots.

This was our 4th stay at Robins nest so what more do I need to say. The cottage was spotless as always. The owners Jane and Andrew are available if needed and really helpful. It’s not too far from all the fabulous beaches, Exmouth, Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton and our favourites, Brixham, Dawlish and Lyme Regis. The enclosed garden is the selling point for me. It enables our dogs to have the freedom to run and play with us knowing they are safe. We won’t hesitate to book again

We spent a week at Robins Nest, which was well placed for visiting several towns, gardens and attractions. The property owners were friendly and the cottage was very clean with garden space for our dog. We would have preferred a washing machine in place of a dishwasher for the two of us.

This is a small cottage but is perfectly formed. For 2 of us and a small dog it was perfect. You would have to like the person you are staying with as it is cosy!! Jane was lovely and they were very helpful. Great location for us visiting friends. Good walks for the dog too. Would easily go back as it was a very pleasant holiday highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Robins Nest. The cottage was lovely and immaculately clean. It is very cosy and homely and despite the fact that it is a small cottage it was perfect for myself, my partner and our dog (We have a 44kg gsd) The garden is safely enclosed which is perfect for people with dogs. On arrival we were left wine and chocolates which was a lovely touch. Jane who runs the cottage is a very friendly and helpful lady. There was lots of leaflets about the local area which helped when choosing somewhere to eat which where all brilliant and dog friendly. The local people in Newton Poppleford are very friendly and if you are taking your dog there are beautiful dog walks on your doorstep. I had one of the best weeks ever their and am looking forward to returning.
