Disappointed with several aspects: 'Welcome' pack not practical, late arrival time, lack of wardrobe space in all bedrooms, sand in hot tub, 2 burners on hob not working. Fortunately it did not detract from the location of the cottage

An extremely comfortable house in a wonderful setting right on the bank of the river Waveney. The outdoor lido is a few yards away, as is the canoe hire centre. So much to do for all ages. There are lots of good places to eat nearby.
