It was a comfortable cottage, with most of the every day things you might need, my partner enjoyed fishing the lake as & when he had a spare hour, we didn't stay in at all during the day we went exploring what norfolk has to offer. However i think it was a bit of a mistake having geese in the garden there was poo everywhere & almost imposible to avoid taking a bit inside on your footwear, but we did give the place a good clean before we left. Appart from that it was an enjoyable holiday & loved the broads boat trip. Karen (wombourne nr Wolverhampton)

Beautiful little cottage located in gorgeous countryside. Plenty of room for a small family of 4. Our two children aged 9 and 4 loved waking up to the geese, swans and rabbits every morning. The house was a fantastic base for us to explore the area with everything we needed being within a 10-15minute drive. We ordered a Tesco food delivery which arrived with no problems, we cooked a few nights and enjoyed a BBQ on the patio (we bought our own) highly recommend this lovely and well equipped cottage and would love to return. Just to add Bure Valley railway, Be Wilderwood, Broad Tours Boat Tours and Victory Swimming Pool all great places to visit with easy access from the cottage by car. We enjoyed Sea Pailing Beach the most with a car park, shops, arcade toilets and restaurants/bar close by. Highly recommend The Kings Arms in Ludham for a carvery, Oasis Indian in Stalham and the McDonalds in Roy's Food Hall in Wroxham. Thank you for having us.

The cottage was clean and tidy on arrival. It would have been helpful if the welcome email from the owner had been sent before 10pm the night before we arrived. The village is friendly but off the grid so not for those wanting the modern day amenities which are 4 miles away.
