Description

Conveniently situated within walking distance of a beach and amenities, this first floor apartment is perfect for families.

Ideally located for family seaside holidays and relaxing winter breaks, Quayside is a first floor apartment set just a short stroll away from a sandy beach, harbour and selection of shops, pubs and cafés, in the heart of the pretty fishing village of Cemaes Bay, which is a multiple winner in the annual ‘Wales in Bloom’ competition, and is partly owned by the NT and protected as a designated AONB. The double bedroom of Quayside has a 5ft kingsize bed, and with a large, private car park and access to the harbour so close, it makes an ideal base for guests with sailing boats. From the communal front garden guests can enjoy the great views of the harbour, sea and beach. The quiet environment is particularly suitable for children as a bypass skirts the village with only local traffic accessing the High Street. This is a wonderful location from which to explore the island and its host of attractions including a sea zoo, Beaumaris Castle and puffin and seal watching cruises. Bird watching, superb coastal walking and a fine choice of golf courses are nearby. Day trips to Ireland depart from the port of Holyhead, just 15 miles away, whilst the Snowdonia National Park and its range of outdoor pursuits are also easily accessible. Beach 50 yards. Shop 100 yards, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

All on first floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 1 twin (2ft 6in). Bathroom, shower over bath and toilet.

Economy 7 central heating included (£5 per night, October-March). Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. High chair. Two Freeview TVs. DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Freezer. Wi-fi. Shared courtyard garden. Parking (2 cars). Cycle store. No smoking.
