My 4th visit to this wonderful spacious farmhouse. There is always a warm welcome from the lovely family that own this fantastic property. This would be my ideal place to live. No doubt I will be back!

Purcombe farmhouse is a lovely place for a family break. The shower in the top bedroom was very awkward to get in and out of. The decor in the bathroom was very dated. Plenty of utensils and crockery and well supplied toilet rolls. The outdoor undercover area could have done with a sweep out and general tidy up. There was no fire pit. The rug in the non dog room was very thread bare and the stair carpet to the top room could do with renewing as thread bare on the edge of the steps. Overall as a family together we had a lovely time and Gary was very helpful when we needed him. The children enjoyed full access to the hot tub at all times. The garden is amazing and I’m sure in the summer is a huge asset to the house. The animals on the farm where a pleasure to see.

Had a wonderful week with all my family (15)!! the house was very well equipped, and my grandchildren loved the enormous garden, with all the games provided.
