    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; We are very disappointed to read your poor review and to discover that you did not enjoy your visit. Whilst this one-bedroom property is compact, it does have off road parking and a large garden and is an ideal base to explore the local area and county of Cornwall. We've had numerous large dogs stay, most recently 2 large greyhounds and those guests loved it so much that they have re-booked. Port Isaac and North Cornwall has amazing walks both countryside and seaside. We are sorry that it seems you did not discover them on your visit this time. Many local pubs, restaurants and shops eagerly welcome doggies too. As you will read from the other reviews posted, guests usually very much appreciate all the facilities Puffins, Port Isaac and Cornwall have to offer. Thank you for the high cleanliness score and for your comments.

Puffins is an ideal place to stay in Port Isaac in a quiet cul de sac a small walk from the harbour. Everything was spotlessly clean and the enclosed garden was excellent it the dog. Warm and inviting an enjoyable stay would definitely recommend

My husband and I had a lovely weekend at 'Puffins' with our two dogs. The property had everything we needed, and felt like a home from home. The location is ideal as everything is a short walk away. Though, going in January we were out of season for alot of the local shops. That said, we had a lovely break, and would love to go back when the weather is warmer.

A lovely bungalow, slight problem with damp in the bedroom and bathroom, evidence of black mould, probably fine in summer. Nice location and everything you need in bungalow.
