We spent a lovely week in Poplar Bungalow during the first week of August, it's very cute, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils. The beds were comfortable with good sized bedrooms and the shower is pretty powerful. There's a private, decent sized, enclosed garden for anyone who has a dog. There are 2 parking spaces at the side of the house away from the traffic and another outside the house if needed by the roadside. The owners live just down the lane, they're very friendly and gave us details of a good place to visit during a very hot day - the Marriott Way, which is a disused railway line, which provided a shady dog walk and it's only a few miles away with a couple of cafes on the 5.5 mile stretch that we walked. Considering how rural the property is, the Wi-Fi worked very well with just a small bit of buffering when watching films. We ate out at The Forge Griddle and Grill in Tuddenham (10 mins away) and The Fox in Lyng, both offered great food and service. Again, considering how rural the property is, the roads to it are totally accessible and in good condition. Overall, this was a fantastic property to stay in and I would definitely recommend it.

Had a lovely time at poplar bungalow. The owners were on hand if needed, but did not need. Would definitely go again in the future.

A superb bungalow conveniently placed for all Norfolk has to offer. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. It is in a quiet location about a mile and a half from the village. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans etc which made cooking effortless. James and Jill are excellent hosts and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a good holiday. We had one issue with the wi fi which was sorted the same day (much to my daughter’s relief - thanks James). The garden is a sun trap and is lovely to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine. We stayed for two weeks and would happily have stayed longer. Have already recommended to friends.
