Lovely cottage, spectacular views. Pleasant village. Soft furnishings could do with a little updating

A beautiful house in a great location. Coverack is a beautiful picturesque place with friendly locals. Would not hesitate to recommend the house or Coverack to family and friends.

Lovely views and quiet location. Excellent walk down to the village but the return climb very difficult if not fit. Unfortunately the property was very dated except for new fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. An excess of dark old furniture fill the kitchen. Radiators were rusty and the old windows were very grubby around the rubber seals. Brown mould around shower, filthy mop and bucket. The iron and ironing board were rusty and stained (we have been informed that these have been replaced). Damp on the ceilings and wardrobe smelt musty. Unfortunately we found this property disappointing.
