Each of these four apartments (UKC3536, UKC3537, UKC3538 and UKC3539), sit adjacent to the owner’s home, and have their own patio with table and chairs and spectacular coastal views. Each have a private parking space, which is very rare for properties in Mevagissey. The apartments are set in pleasant landscaped grounds with raised flower beds, pathways and a pretty fish pond.
They are conveniently located for Mevagissey and Portmellon, with shops, restaurants, café’s, art galleries and a choice of good pubs all within 1 mile. The historic inner harbour was built around 1774 and is famous for its pilchard fishing and stories of smuggling. Mevagissey is still a working fishing harbour alongside water sports activities and pleasure trips. Colourful cottages dot the hillside and meandering pathways lead to coastal footpaths along to Pentewan and Portmellon. The area is perfect for exploring the diverse corners of Cornwall, and for garden lovers The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project are easily accessed. The historic harbour of Charlestown is a short drive with tall ships and maritime museum. The harbour has featured in a number of TV series and high profile films. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
These apartments can be booked together to accommodate up to 8 guests.
