This apartment is 50 yards from the cliff top and the Blue Flag sandy beach (beach hut available for hire). Set on the first floor the open plan living room/kitchen has a balcony with distant sea views. The holiday apartment offers comfortable accommodation and is in an ideal area for exploring. Enjoy Bournemouth town centre with town garden, shops, restaurants and pubs. The New Forest National Park is just a short drive away with pretty villages and free roaming cattle and ponies. Christchurch is close by with its market, walks along the river or a river cruise and Mudeford popular for crabbing on the quayside. Shop ½ mile, pub 600 yards.

    Pinecliffe was a great place to stay while we explored the area.Owners were friendly,the flat was clean and tidy and there were all the appliances that one could need.The owners clearly outlined the route we should use to get there and communicated how to pick up the keys and everything went smoothly. For immediate eating out there was a pub and café within 5 mins walking time. There is a car parking space ,off road ,in front of the flat ,which is ideal. If you needed more space for parking it was available ,in the road without the restrictions of yellow lines. Wi-Fi was available and the signal was strong. The heating was modern and adjustable and the flat had a cosy feel about it , yet it could easily sleep 4 adults. There about three other flats in this building and there was no problem of noise and everyone kept to their own parking places. All in all it was a good experience for us.

    A lovely flat in a great location. The flat was clean & comfortable (the sofa had been replaced since our last visit & the new one is a major improvements! ). The owner is helpful & the flat although small has everything we needed.

    The flat had lovely views of the sea and wasn't far from the cliffs and the beach! There were two pubs close by which both did meals all day! Shops were in walking distance as well as a very frequent bus service! Very good as a base, there are also lovely walks near by!

    Clean and comfortable first floor flat with a welcome balcony. Owner met us and was very helpful. Everything one needs is there and a welcome tea/coffee/biscuits pack was gratefully received. Only suggestion would be for the shower and shower screen needs to be refurbished, although it works we feel it is well past it's sell by date. Otherwise a happy week's holiday.

    A great little find in a brilliant location. Walked to the beach every day and no need to drive anywhere. Would definitely return.

    The flat is in a great location near shops, pubs and restaurants with it's own parking space. It is very close to the cliff edge but it is a bit of a trek down the cliff path to the beach which was OK for us as we are all quite fit but it might be difficult for some. The flat was well equipped and clean but the bathroom was quite small, the bath was smaller than normal and one side of the double bed is so close to the wall that it is easy to trip and hurt yourself if you have to get out in the night. Unfortunately, the double bed mattress was very uncomfortable and squeaked when you turned over so we hardly slept the first night. We had to put the spare duvet over the mattress to make it more comfortable. Having said that we still really enjoyed our holiday as we visited lots of local places e.g. Oceanarium, heavy horse centre, rock reef and, of course, the beautiful beach but we were very glad to get back to our own bed once the holiday was over.

    The Apartment was on a quiet road with easy access to the beach and other routes. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Designated off-road parking was available. The owner met us on arrival and gave us good advice about the apartment, facilities and local amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. The first-floor flat was only accessible by stairs and the 'fridge was inconveniently behind the door, but these were minor issues.

    Great location, it is lovely to have your breakcup of tea on the balcony looking at the sea. Quiet street, quiet neighborhood. Comfortable flat. Absolutely nothing to complain about, except perhaps the very pale and thin curtains in the double room, that blocked no light at all in the morning. Walking up at 6 every morning when you’re on holiday is a bit tough. Very friendly welcome from the owner of the flat. 5 minutes from all the shops and pubs. And I had forgotten how beautiful the light was on the beach. This is an extraordinary area.
