Set on the first floor the open plan living room/kitchen has a balcony with distant sea views. The holiday apartment offers comfortable accommodation and is in an ideal area for exploring. Enjoy Bournemouth town centre with town garden, shops, restaurants and pubs. The New Forest National Park is just a short drive away with pretty villages and free roaming cattle and ponies. Christchurch is close by with its market, walks along the river or a river cruise and Mudeford popular for crabbing on the quayside. Shop ½ mile, pub 600 yards.

This was our third stay at Pinecliffe Avenue, the flat is always clean, neat and tidy when we arrive and has all the amenities required for a small family (two adults and two children in our case). The location is excellent, less than 500m from the cliff-lift to Fisherman's Walk Beach, one of the best beaches in the country. The local high street and two pubs are not much further away. The host is very friendly and keen to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. We recommend this property to everyone and look forward to our next stay.

Really lovely place to stay! The view of the sea from the balcony was brilliant and the fact that it was only a few minutes’ walk to either the beach or shops was great too. Not too difficult to get into central Bournemouth either. The place was completely equipped with everything we needed and we were greeted with a tour of the flat and some help with our bags. Couldn’t recommend any more!!

We had a very pleasant stay at Pinecliffe which is a first floor apartment in a block of five and nicely situated for access to beaches, shops and other attractions in the area. The lounge is comfortable and the kitchen area well equipped. There are 2 bedrooms both with plenty of storage space. The front bedroom is the double and would benefit from thick curtains as it points east and gets a lot of early sun. This property is not accessed by a key safe.
