The Cottage was smaller than expected, however we managed I suggest that the cottage is in need of updating all round. Decor, Furnishings and a more modern bathroom would not go amiss. The Sofa is very dated and not the most comfortable. The bed most definitely requires a replacement along with dressings. I was unable to get proper signal on my phone which was very annoying also I would reckon in these times the Television could do with updating to include useful channels for example installation of Sky or other. All in All we had a lovely time away. Im sure though a little Expenditure on the Cottage regarding items highlighted above would do this Property a whole heap of Favour. Thanks to the Owner for attention and integrity with regard to our Privacy etc.

The mattress was very worn with springs pocking into you .The odour in the bedroom was very unpleasant due to the fact that the duvet ;pillows and mattress were in need off replacing or laundering. The above are my wife's comments. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was well equipped. The small garden was very pretty and sheltered. However the dishwasher did not work. There was no wifi. The mobile signal was not available to Vodafone (O2 was okay). The door was difficult to lock from the inside. There were no controls for the start/end time with the central heating. However; there was an independent heater. There was no operation manuals for the electronic equipment, no "Rule Book". No leaflets to help decide on places of interest.

Lovely cottage, home from home, everything there that we needed.great pub nearby (the coachman inn) for food.sadly the grapes was closed the week we were there.ideal location for visiting seaside towns and inland villages too.we had such a lovely week here and have recommended to friends and family.we brought our chihuahua with us too,and the garden was perfect for her,but could possibly do with a gate considering it’s dog friendly to prevent any pets from wandering away
