Lets start with one negative point, we were on a motorbike tour so we booked for the facility of a washer/dryer. When we arrived with our clothes in need of a wash there was no dryer, we contacted Emma and she got some pegs to us to hang the washing out, great, job done!. Now all the good things, the Cottage was comfortable and big enough for two people, the outside area was nice and relaxed, the Crooklands Hotel/Bar was literally a stride across the road and the Country roads were seconds away for the bike. There are no local shops but there is an Asda superstore 4 miles up a straight road. We had an excellent relaxed time and would have no problem returning should we wish to visit that area again.
