Fantastic house; spacious and all mod cons. Location is a bit out in the sticks and no private garden for the children to play. Local children under curfew for bad behaviour and only had one run in with them. Otherwise fantastic value for money!

The location is disappointing particularly as the outside space is small for the size of the house, totally on view to a main road and surrounded by busy terraced roads making parking very difficult, not the best placed to let children out to play. The immediate local area has rubbish strewn everywhere including industrial fly tipping. The saving grace is that within 20 minutes drive you are in the most beautiful countryside. The house itself is spectacular and perfect for large family groups with our only complaint being that the cooker was not big/good enough to cook for large groups. The weather did not permit us to use the outside space, so we fully enjoyed the insode space that parc house provides. We would certainly stay here again especially in the winter / spring months.

Beautiful house, near bike park Wales. Enjoyed a good few days here riding and a lovely place to come back to to chill, everything you need.

A brilliant size for 14 of us. It was clean and comfortable and we had room to enjoy each others company without being cramped.
