Inside, the cottage combines traditional character with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The inviting living space is the perfect place to relax after a day beside the sea, with exposed beams and a wood burner creating a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings. Settle down with a film on the Apple TV, enjoy music through the Bose sound system or simply put your feet up and plan the following day’s adventures.
The well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or sitting down together over an evening meal. Thoughtful touches include a coffee machine, Welsh tea and locally inspired products.
Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms. The king-size bedroom enjoys lovely views towards Newgale and the coast beyond, while the twin bedroom looks across the private garden. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the accommodation.
Outside, The Coach House has its own enclosed garden with outdoor seating – ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the fresh Pembrokeshire air. Up to two dogs are welcome, and there’s even a handy outdoor washing area for sandy paws and muddy boots after days spent exploring.
When you’re ready to venture out, spectacular Newgale Beach is just a short drive away. Its sweeping stretch of sand is popular with families, walkers and surfers, while the Pembrokeshire Coast Path provides mile after mile of breathtaking scenery, hidden coves and clifftop walks.
Head along the coast to pretty Solva, with its picturesque harbour, independent shops, cafés and places to eat, or spend a day exploring Britain’s smallest city, St Davids, home to its magnificent cathedral and a great selection of galleries, shops and restaurants.
