Paddock Cottage is a charming two-bedroom retreat set within a traditional working farm near Whalton, just outside Morpeth. Sleeping four guests plus a baby, this semi-detached stone cottage combines period character with modern comfort. Inside, you’ll find a welcoming sitting room, a separate dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for a relaxed self-catering stay, including oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Upstairs offers one double bedroom (with space for a cot in an adjoining small room), a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with bath and shower over. The cottage is fully centrally heated, double glazed and cosy throughout the year. Outside, there is a private garden with seating and barbecue, along with ample parking. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a cot and highchair are available on request. Surrounded by open fields, it’s a peaceful base with a real sense of countryside life.
