This is a lovely comfortable house in a great little town. The house gets lots of light with views of the broads all around. We loved the peace and quiet and the feeling of being surrounded by water. Wroxham had everything we needed and it is a very easy drive to Norwich which is a beautiful city. I hope we will come back.

Nice house but was disappointed with the patio area, covered with weeds and could not go and sit out as seats were filthy. As we are both oap I think the stairs were too much for us, this is the reason we would not book again.

The cottage needs a good overhaul - the ensuite shower needs repairing/replacing. Mattress in twin room has seen better days and needs replacing. No cavity between adjoining property - unfortunately we had the neighbours from hell..... let their 3 boys run riot until gone midnight most nights we were there. Garden has become overgrown and needs attention. I would not stay in this cottage again !

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your comments. I am disappointed that you were not happy with the cottage, but a little surprised to hear about some of your issues. For instance the beds are less than 2 years old and on inspection still appear nearly new. When we had a pre-season stay to identify any issues the en suite shower was fine, but we will investigate if a problem has now arisen with this and resolve as required. I agree that the garden needs some maintenance, but I have waited until the end of the season rather than disturb guests. I have spoken to our neighbours regarding the noise, they apologised but said that it was due to family birthday celebrations.
