We had a great week in this comfortable well equipped cottage. The beds were comfy and the rooms a good size, especially the master bedroom which had large windows overlooking the countryside with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with a large range style cooker so plenty of space to cook if you wish. There was plenty of parking space and the owners very friendly as was everyone we spoke to on the farm. Our young son enjoyed watching the horses, sheep, chickens, ducks and the friendly farm dogs. The location was nice and quiet but only a ten minute drive to Warminster for supplies. We celebrated our wedding anniversary while there and had a great meal out at the Snooty Fox which we would recommend. Lots of National Trust and English Heritage sites are within 30 minutes drive, Longleat is even closer and Bath is not much further so there is plenty to see and do.

Lovely, friendly family who made us feel welcome. Very helpful too, pointing us in the direction of some very nice pubs, with good food, in the local area. Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, spacious & very well equipped cottage which is ideally situated for exploring the many local attractions. Although no local amenities it is only a 5 minute drive to Warminster with pubs, shops & 3 supermarkets (Waitrose, Morrisons & Lidl). Enjoyed being on the farm, feeding the chickens and enjoying the company of dogs, cats & horses.

People before us made a mess of things. Landlady tried her best. Very good beds, many and clean bath rooms, well heated, but also many woodlice on ground floor due to the wet weather. Mind the head if your over 1m80 for the door frames of the bed rooms.
