Situated on the edge of Wigbeth, this smartly converted former barn forms part of an exclusive courtyard setting with just four similar properties. Blending modern interiors with a tranquil rural backdrop, it offers a comfortable and convenient base for discovering the surrounding countryside and local attractions.
Entry is via a shared courtyard garden, leading to a private front door and into a light and airy single-level living space. The open-plan layout incorporates a lounge, dining area and kitchen beneath a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, while a central island creates a natural focal point for socialising and mealtimes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, catering well for self-catering breaks. Across the room, the lounge provides relaxed seating and an internet-enabled TV for unwinding at the end of the day.

Close to the Dorset–Hampshire border and the scenic landscapes of Cranborne Chase, the area is particularly well suited to walking and cycling. Wimborne and Ringwood offer a range of shops, cafés and everyday amenities, while the sandy beaches of Bournemouth and Poole are perfect for a day by the sea.
