Directions to the place are awful...went round in circles for half an hour before finding the right 'dirt track'...if directions had said "Poplar Park" would've been much easier. One person in 'reception' who knew absolutely nothing about our booking and nobody else was available. She didn't know where we should park and where the keys were so I went to the flat and they were in the door. Place hadn't been cleaned from the people that had left that day but a very nice lady called Kim changed the beds at least. I told her I would clean the rest of the place. Was a darn sight cleaner when we left than arrived! It WAS lovely and peaceful and very cosy, comfortable beds, good size bathroom with very low water pressure but we managed. Good broadband and adequate TV reception. Great oven and hob, just right for the full English we enjoy. I booked this last minute so there was a reduction in price, wouldn't have been happy if I'd paid full price for this but overall did enjoy our stay due to the lovely views and the peace.

We had a short break here and found everything we needed in the spacious cottage. Lovely views from the windows.Ample parking. Situated near stables and beautiful local walks. Lots of interesting places to visit and sea sides to explore. The sky at night is stunning.
