A lovely deceptively spacious cottage with an equally lovely small and private cottage garden area. All the cottage was generally clean and tidy but unfortunately the kitchen was let down by an oven desperately in need of a professional clean. It wasn't very inviting to cook food in. Parking in the road was a bit of an issue as two fairly newish cars were left outside the cottage and never moved the whole week we were there. Both were parked in such a way as to take up space large enough for at least three vehicles. The cynical side of me would say it appeared deliberate. It wasn't that much of a problem walking to the top of the road or round the corner if we wanted our own car but unloading and loading at the start and end of the holiday week was an issue. All in all a lovely place to stay though.

Thoroughly enjoyed being on Holy Island. People friendly apart from local neighbour who objected to us parking on street. Local eating places very good A relaxing venue away from the world
