We were made to feel very welcome by our host who kindly showed us around his garden. Mr Clark was very knowledgeable about the area which is a bonus when visiting. The accommodation is comfortable with a feeling of being somewhere special. For two people it seems spacious which during the winter months is most welcome. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely holiday, the owner was a true gentleman. He checked on us most days. The gardens were just going over but you could still see the work that has gone into them. Lots to do in the area. Would go back.

Characterful & comfortable property, part of a larger historic property (it's been on TV) with an engaging & knowledable owner who is very happy to share local knowledge of interesting places to visit you don't hear about in guide books or online
