An ideal holiday for two people who are wanting some peace & quiet. I really enjoyed staying there. The property is set on a working farm, but you can reach the village in about one mile. I loved the history of how the cottage came to be called Nelly's House.

A lovely little cottage, well situated to explore the surrounding area and very peaceful. Our only problem was the bed- it was very firm and for us, was quite uncomfortable. Otherwise a very enjoyable visit.

Directions to property need updating as the entrance is given as next to a riding stables. It is now a boarding kennels. Also the driveway to the farm is in need of resurfacing so care is required when driving in and out. That said we were made very welcome and it was a most enjoyable week.

Very comfortable, clean cottage. Everything we needed was provided for. We had problem with the shower and television. These were promptly fixed by the friendly owner. Close to Padstow and good facilities in nearby St Merryn. We shall return.
