We enjoyed our 4 day break the only draw back which stop us going again is Monks Lane not good for a small car to many rather large pot holes. Otherwise we had a lovely time quiet and peaceful

The accommodation was very good and the views are fantastic; but the road/lane up to the holiday estate is terrible and I was worried about my cars suspension. if the road was improved we would stay again.

The view was as stated and its biggest selling point. It was a little tired but that was reflected in the price

Lovely comfortable chalet...with stunning views. Perfect place to relax. The sunsets were fabulous and it was lovely to watch the rabbits come out to play . Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Location is the outstanding feature. The views across the channel and the Solent are wonderful. The only downside is the approach track from the main road. It is called Monks Lane and is about half a mile of farm track in a poor state of repair, full of potholes, punishing on anyone with a back problem, like me.

The location was excellent, beautiful views and scenery! The location is out the way of the local amenities, but the owner of the bungalow explained this to us beforehand, because I was vetted by him via telephone. So if you do not mind all of this, then that is fine! The approach private road is very bumpy and full of potholes, upon which the owner also explained to me prior to visiting! So please be careful driving there. The bungalow itself was not very clean, full of cobwebs, and was also very dusty! I was told there would be a cleaner visiting, prior to our visit! The carpets had been hovered. The owner also asked me if I would clean up everywhere before we left, ie get the hoover out! Cheek! No I did not!
