Description

This brick and flint cottage offers good walking and cycling from the door, and Brancaster with its golf course close by.

Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: With Freeview TV, DVD player with selection of DVDs and iPod dock.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link 2ft 6in twin beds (can be kingsize on request) and single bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements).
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Both properties: Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. On road parking. No smoking.

Situated just 4 miles away from the north Norfolk coastline, with its wonderful sandy beaches, these attractive, semi-detached brick and flint cottages are tucked away in the village of Docking. The properties are tastefully furnished, offering open plan living accommodation and equipped with every day comforts to provide a warm welcome at any time of year. There are a network of country lanes offering walking and cycling opportunities from the door, as well as numerous bird watching sites within easy reach. The sailing village of Brancaster is just 4 miles away and boasts a shop, pubs and a championship golf course. Within an easy drive are the bustling towns of Burnham Market and Wells-next-the-Sea. The traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton is 6 miles away, and has the Sea Life Centre, leisure centre, cliff top golf course, watersports (seasonal), pier and funfair (seasonal), shops and restaurants. Visit the market town of Fakenham for a day at the races, regular horse racing meetings, shopping centre, pubs, cafés, cinema and a bowling alley. The properties are within an hours drive from Norwich with its castle museum, cathedral, shops, restaurants, pubs and so much more. Beach 4 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 8 guests. Mill House (ref UKC2085) is approximately ½ mile from the properties and so can be booked with them to accommodate up to 14 guests.

    A lovely cottage in a good spot for Hunstanton and Brancaster. The facilities were brilliant. We all loved the smart TV - especially the toddler (currently addicted to cebeebies). The sofas were really cosy too. The only downside was the massively squeaky floorboards upstairs. After 3 nights we found the silent routes though!
