Mulberry House is situated in the heart of beautiful Lytham St Annes. Benefiting from off road parking and being right on the doorstep of all the town’s shops, bars and restaurants, this is the ideal holiday base from which to explore all that the popular coastal town of Lytham and the surrounding area has to offer. The property provides comfortable accommodation with all the comforts guests would expect from a holiday home. One of the most popular and cosmopolitan towns along the Fylde Coast, and voted one of the best places to live in the UK, Lytham is perfect for families who like to be active. It is a great area for walking and cycling, and there is a wide choice of entertainment and leisure facilities, which includes 5 championship golf courses, as well as facilities for sailing, bowling and swimming. Due to its proximity to the reeds and marshes of the Ribble Estuary, the area is also popular with birdwatchers and wildlife lovers. As a complete contrast, the bright lights of Blackpool, with its famous tower, Pleasure Beach, zoo, Sea Life Centre and Sandcastle Waterpark, is just 9 miles away. Other towns worth visiting on the north west coast include Thornton Cleveleys and Fleetwood, whose designer shopping outlet is very popular. Should you fancy a change from the stunning coastal scenery, there are so many other places to visit that are within easy reach, thanks to its proximity to the motorway network via the M55 and M6. The Ribble Valley, Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District are all very accessible and can be reached in just under an hour. Lytham hosts many popular events throughout the year, including the famous Lytham Proms, which takes place at the beginning of August, making it the ideal year round coastal destination. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 300 yards.

A lovely house, within easy reach of local shops, restaurants and attractions. Off street parking is an absolute bonus. This was our third visit and we certainly hope to return.

Very nice and spacious house. Clean and well equipped. Well placed at end of a busy street with a good variety of shops. Near the sea front with good walks along the promenade. Very good children's park nearby. Places of worship available for people of many faiths. Within easy reach of Blackpool for the variety of entertainments available there. Well known top quality golf course close by. Music festival close enough to enjoy from the property at the start of July. Reasonable other entertainment later in holiday season. Three generations of our family and all had a good time.
