This was one of the best houses we have ever rented in either Scotland or England. It had everything we could possibly want. Great view, extremely quiet, very comfortable, great kitchen and fully equipped, nice welcoming presents, two phone calls from the owner to make sure we had everything, the list goes on and on.... Thank you for being so attentive to every detail, we had the most wonderful week and definitely would like to come back. Even the weather was perfect!!!

Found out that garden wasn’t secure as my collie cross disappeared for an hour at 6.30am. Had to restrict her to a lead in the garden following this. I’ve no idea how she escaped, but I eventually found her near the gate of the property below. House is superb, a real home from home.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that your dog got out. I’ve put in some additional fencing to close off some gaps. No matter what we do, I suspect a determined dog will still find a way of getting out.

This is probably the best cottage we have stayed in. It had everything you could possibly want. It was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable. The garden was a delight, especially in the morning when deer would visit. It is located in a beautiful area of Scotland, with plenty to see and do. The area of the cottage is very peaceful and will be lovely in the summer. The weather wasn't warm but mainly dry, and we did manage to sit out in the sun a couple of afternoons. We were delighted with the welcome pack, it was a lovely touch. We would love to return and would definitely recommend it.
