Had the best week at Mill Cottage, was so relaxing, just what we needed. Fully equip, high quality kitchen, spacious living area, large bed, his and her sinks, hot tube. The pictures on the site don’t show how beautiful this place really is. Highly recommend, will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay :) :) :)

Cottage was spotlessly clean and owner had gone out of the way to accommodate us. Easily accessible off the a66 making it a perfect location for things to do in the local area. But that said it felt very remote and peaceful. My only advice would be research before you go for places to eat and walking routes from the cottage as this was the only touch missing for example recommendations on local places to eat and where’s good locally to visit. Brilliant to have the hot tub to relax in at the end of a long day.

We had a fantastic time at Mill Cottage the final week of September. The cottage was truly beautiful, extremely clean, and with lovely finishing touches such as the robes, scones & jams, ad books to read/trade. The hot tub was great - perfect for relaxing which was all we wanted from this holiday. Shops and local amenities were not all too close, however this was made clear on the cottage information so wasn't a shock, and certainly didn't negatively affect our holiday. We had a wonderful time and will certainly return next time we are looking to relax and recharge with a break away. Thankyou again!

This is the perfect place for a relaxing place to stay. The cottage was spotlessly clean, very spacious and had a wonderful welcoming feel. We loved the hot tub, particularly at night when you can sit and watch the stars come out. Would definitely recommend.
