We both had a lovely time at the cottage.-(2 over 60's) We went primarily for the walks, the views and the opportunity to explore parts of Scotland - All of our expectations were delivered. The Cottage was well equipped with everything we needed apart from the lack of WiFi and mobile phone signal or even a land line for emergencies-that was the ONLY down point, but for us it was a minor point. The caretaker was helpful and friendly, we were made to feel welcome. The nearest village for food supplies was Braemar, about a 10 minute drive, but was a thriving community with a decent Co-Op and plenty of other shops.

What a super location. Loved it and would love to live there. The scenery changed every day. The September colours were wonderful as were the local walks and friendliness of Iain Foster the caretaker. We will certainly return sometime.
