A very clean and scenic space with super equipment . We loved our stay. Internet and phone coverage where sporadic but with such a beautiful location, it did not matter. Highly recommended

We has a very enjoyable stay in a very peaceful part of The Ferry. Mariners Lodge is well equipped and in a fantastic location right next to the sea with fantastic coastal and river walks on the door step. The balcony is really nice but glass sides rather than brick would take advantage of the wonderful setting that is partially hidden by the walled edges.

Always clean and well presented but just getting a little tired now. Fabulous location, nice pub and great walks.

We have stayed here four times in as many years. It is a fabulous house in a wonderful location. Golf course almost literally on the doorstep. Sensational views from the balcony. Well equipped, although broadband would be a HUGE improvement. Hope to stay here many times in the future.

The best cottage holiday we've had in the UK! Perfect location any time of the year (if you don't mind a bit of wind). Loads of space, kitchen really well equipped. Loved the layout of the cottage, especially the upstairs lounge and bedroom with lovely views. Really lovely unspoilt spot. Will definitely visit again.

Superb spot in a quaint unspoilt location. Enjoyed a week with lots of long walks. Wi-fi would be much appreciated. Would love to return to this location. Amazing sunrises and sun sets both can be observed from the property.

Wonderful location between golf course and sea. Nice house (particularly the double aspect lounge and roomy master bedroom). Only the dining room was a little dated and dark. Loved the west facing balcony which was sheltered from the wind and had gorgeous sunset views. Very clean. Already booked our next visit.

We have returned to this property a number of times because we love the location. However, we do think the property needs new mattresses - the double beds in particular are soft and sagging which lead to a few uncomfortable nights unfortunately. No WiFi - mixed opinions amongst the party about whether this is a good thing or not! Love the views and the proximity to the beach - overall an enjoyable week.
