The house was very clean and well presented. We enjoyed our week very much. Suggestions for improvement: we felt we were overcharged for gas and electricity- £36 for one week would equate to £1800 per year. I have never had to pay extra in any of the many cottages I have previously rented. A few light bulbs needed replacing. It would have been useful to have extra bin bags available.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your feedback. The Cottage is priced reasonably low compared to similar properties and we aim to ensure that we offer the best value to all our visitors all year round. We have found the fairest way to achieve this is to pass on the charges for gas and electricity based on consumption as stated in the description.

The house is in a good location, easy access to the village and good for dog walks along the edge of the lake. Excellent base for hill walking and trying the many activities on offer in North Wales.
