Need more mugs in the kitchen, not really enough for only 3 people. Also the letter stated that dogs were not allowed upstairs. However upon arriving at the cottage we found a gate in the kitchen, so basically the dog was only allowed in the kitchen, which is not very fair on the dog. I think this should either be dogs are allowed in the cottage anywhere or don't allow dogs at all.

Lovely cottage very clean and well maintained. The owners take pride in their property with spotless decor and bedding. The cottage is ideal as a central base for exploring North Devon. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided and the lovely flowers , wine, tea, coffee, sugar and milk was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend we loved it and would like to return to explore more.

A truly charming cottage in an excellent position to explore Exmoor and North Devon. The cottage has every home comfort, is tastefully decorated and furnished, well equipped and has an enchanting outdoor space for al fresco dining and beautifully planted terraces for sitting in the sun- as well as ample off-street parking. Combe Martin has a small beach and a great range of services including a well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes walk, a number of pubs and cafes and several gift shops. The owners are welcoming and attentive hosts who gave us plenty of advice on what to see and do and where to eat in the local area. A real jewel- we were so sorry to leave!
