Two double bedrooms, one with 6ft bed and one with 5ft bed; each with marble en-suite shower room and toilet or bathroom and toilet. Two twin bedrooms with access to main bathroom and toilet. First floor: Spacious living area with wood-burning stove, vaulted ceiling, exposed original beams and balcony with wonderful countryside views. Interlinked large dining room with flexible seating for up to 12 people, and large well-appointed kitchen with electric range stove, granite worktops and oak floors. Utility with toilet.

The area is popular with cyclists who will enjoy the Bodmin Beast Trial, a 12-mile off-road mountain bike trail at Cardinham woods.
