Alice's Cottage is located in a beautiful part of the country - the views are stunning, and it is so quiet. It is slightly tricky to get to, but then that could be considered part of the charm! The cottage is extremely comfortable, and very well equipped - it's a real home from home. The owners are very friendly and helpful - we had an really tasty meal on the first night of arriving...well worth considering! There is plenty to do in the general area - as mentioned it's a fantastic part of the country. Some beautiful walks and scenery, very friendly people as well. I would highly recommend Alice's Cottage!

Lovely well equipped cottage in a beautiful location and ideal for those with disabilites to stay in. The only negative is it’s distance from places to visit, not so much as the crow flies but the fact that there are relatively short distances that take a long time to cover because of the many winding country and moorland roads. Scenic (but not for a visually impaired person) and 45 mins plus to get to tourist destinations.
