Located in the village of Lochearnhead, this holiday bungalow enjoys views across the waters of Loch Earn.

All on the ground floor:
Living room: With electric coal-effect fire, satellite TV, DVD player, iPod dock, CD player, wooden floor and patio doors leading to patio.
Dining room.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bedroom 3: With day bed and pull-out bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Garage with fridge/freezer. Welcome pack. Garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Rear patio with barbecue. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are unfenced slopes to the rear of the property.

Located in a quiet area of the village of Lochearnhead, set in the heart of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, this detached holiday bungalow enjoys views across the waters of Loch Earn. This is the perfect base to enjoy the wide range of activities: mountain biking, water sports, kayaking, sailing, fishing and water skiing, golfing and also hillwalking and climbing with over 30 Munros within a 30-minute drive. Visit Oban and Fort William, Perthshire, Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

    We had a lovely time in the cottage. Very well presented with lots of interesting bits and pieces! It's more spacious than suggested by the photographs. Lovely views from the living room/patio.

    This is a beautiful cottage , so homely . Stunning views over the loch . Lovely peaceful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The cottage has everything you could need . Will miss having my morning cuppa sitting outside taking in the scenery. Would highly recommend .

    We loved this place! Three bedrooms, fully furnished, fully equipped with everything including the internet, TVs, washing machine, dryer etc. etc. The balcony overlooks Loch Earn and despite the road below, is very quiet. A great spot for evening drinks or breakfast. Ideally situated on the A85 for Stirling, Perth, Dunblane and Doune.

    Great outlook on the lake. Luckily weather was also great so able to sit out every morning and evening. Central location for visiting highlands.

    Comfortable Bungalow with nice views. Old fashioned style. Lochearnhead pubs and facilities limited.
