We can thoroughly recommend cosy Little Tern; Amanda is a gracious host. This was our 3rd stay as a couple and it has always been enjoyable. The log burner provided great atmosphere during the cold nights, but, the internal heating was sufficient to be comfortable if you don't want the hassle. If you're going in summer then the secluded, dog safe garden, provides sun bathing, table/chairs and BBQ. The mattress is a bit soft for us, but, that is a personal preference. Leg room around the bed is very tight so ageing, aching limbs may find it awkward, but, we manage OK. Will return again I'm sure.

A lovely cottage which is cosy and well equipped. It is located in a pretty village on the Norfolk coast. A really restful and relaxing place to stay which is a short walk to the sand dunes and a wonderful sandy beach.

I am disabled and went to little turm for a bit of time out from home. The property is very cosy and set in a perfect location. Very quiet and extremely relaxing. I locals are very friendly and welcoming. I did have a problem when I first arrived and the owner came to my rescue straight away she was extremely helpful and made me feel at great ease. I will defiantly be going back again. Perfect little get away in a great location. Great value for money.

The cottage was very nice, very clean on arrival and the owner had left us a basket with some teas and coffee in as well as some milk in the fridge. Was a real nice touch. If I had to be critical of anything then I would say the electric radiators are a bit of a pain to operate they were either always on or not working right and the bed wasn’t the greatest but that is just being picky. Overall the cottage was great and very good value for money. Would happily stay again.

This cottage is a little gem ideally located in an idyllic seaside village. This was our third visit but certainly won’t be our last- we are already looking to book again next year. The cottage is well equipped and immaculate inside. Amanda gives you a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you again for another lovely stay

We have just returned from Little Tern and feel fully relaxed and refreshed. We will definitely be booking it again. Everything was lovely (except the double bed being against one wall - bit awkward to get out during the night without disturbing my husband!) but if that was the only problem then what is there to complain about. We could not wish for a better break in such a lovely cottage. We parked our car on the Saturday and did not get in it again until Thursday! The local walks and amenities are just superb. We met such lovely people and their dogs on our walks, all super-friendly and it made every day such a pleasure. Thank you Little Tern. We will be back .......
