This stylish semi-detached holiday home is located within the wooded grounds of a former hotel and on the edge of the historic and quaint Cornish fishing town of Looe, on Cornwall’s beautiful south coast and has great views across the estuary and wooded valley. The house is perfectly located in peaceful grounds, with French doors leading from the dining room to the patio, and French doors leading from the bedroom to a balcony. It provides an ideal base to enjoy the many amenities of the town and the surrounding area. This can be enjoyed by train as the local branch line and Looe station is close by. Looe has a widespread golden beach in the town that is essential for that perfect family holiday, while Hannifore Beach in West Looe is a year-round dog friendly beach. Looe is also home to one of the country’s major fish markets, where you can buy the freshest catch of the day for that special meal or barbecue on the beach. In September, the town hosts a popular and growing music festival with many big name acts appearing (early bookings recommended). Deep sea fishing, pleasure trips and other watersports can all be enjoyed in Looe along with woodland and coastal walks nearby. To the east of the town is the historic city of Plymouth, with its National Marine Aquarium, theatres, cinemas, bowling and shopping, while to the west is the sea faring town of Fowey, home to the royal sailing regatta and many galleries, both of which can be reached by ferry. The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Padstow, Mount Edgcumbe estate, Bodmin Moor and Polperro are all easily reached and provide an excellent day out for all the family. Beach 0.5 miles. Shop 0.25 miles, pub and restaurant 440 yards.

Clean, well appointed property in lovely location. Quiet location but not far from town. Lovely area with plenty to see and do, not too crowded in March (probably very busy in summer). Great place for an out-of-season break.

Beautiful little cottage, the road leading to the parking could seriously do with being tarmaced as it is so uneven. Other than this the cottage is beautiful and the view is amazing, some lovely pubs and restaurants in looe and polperro.

Lovely place to stay, with fantastic views as it’s so high up. Very well organised accommodation with plenty of space in all areas; all of which was very clean. Extremely comfortable bed and bedroom led to fantastic restful sleep. Our dog also loved staying here and enjoyed playing on the nearby Seaton Beach.

Little Larnick was beautiful, unusual layout with several small interior sets of stairs. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, facilities were excellent, and view from bedroom and lounge beautiful. The view is of the river and valley, not the town as implied by the website. The drive to the cottages is steep and in places needs grading quite urgently! Have a torch ready if you arrive in the dark as the pathways to the cottage are not well lit. I agree with other reviews that it is dangerous to walk with a dog into Looe which having been pre-warned we avoided and drove. As the other cottages on the site were empty it was very quiet. Wifi was efficient, good size television and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Such an amazing place to stay. Very clear and comfortable. Everything you could possibly want. Didn't try to walk in to Looe as it would've been a bit nerve wracking lol. A great central place. Would love to stay again.
