Little Arches was lovely, however I did feel that basics like tea and coffee, salt and pepper would have been of benefit. It is the first time on a cottage break that there was no welcome pack, there is usually at least milk in the fridge. The trays in the oven hadn't been washed, but otherwise the place was clean. Loved the location.

We recently stayed at the Little Arches and overall we had a lovely time, it was definitely worth the 5 hour drive up! The surrounding areas are very picturesque however there wasn’t a lot to do in the village itself but there are plenty of places to explore just a short drive away. We had a quick visit from the host to see if we had any concerns and she also recommended a list of places to visit which was a nice touch. Our main priority when booking our stay was to ensure the garden was fully secure for our dog which was the case at this property. Another bonus was just how dog friendly cafes/restaurants in and around the area were too. When arriving at the property we quickly commented on how clean it was, we were then informed by the host it’d been freshly painted. We had also seen previous visitors had issues with hot tub, however we did not experience any issues other than figuring out the settings to begin with but the hot tub is in full working order. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Little Arches the only down side for us was how little there was to do in Lochwinnoch but it really isn’t a deal breaker. Thanks for having us!

Loved it. So chilled and glad to get away. The hot tub was brilliant. Also got to visit the lambs and sheep and chatting away with the family of the farm. They owners made us feel very welcome.
