A beautiful little cottage. Very modern yet cosy inside. Completely enclosed backgarden, perfect for a dog or simply if you don't want to feel overlooked. Rolling hills and beautiful scenery can be found close by. Plenty of walks around and a couple of Lochs. The local village has some shops but you will have to drive for a supermarket. Although Glasgow was a 25 minute drive away, we only went once so maybe not for you if you want a city break. Absolutely would stay in little arches again.

Comfortable, nice and warm. good train service into Glasgow and easy access to coast. The place could do with a freshening up and the cooker needs replacing or at least a good clean. There was no information pack: nearest supermarket, restaurants, pub, doctor, emergency, places to visit...without sat nav we would have struggled to buy basics and plan days out. For a small outlay Little Arches would get top marks.
