A really lovely apartment with everything you need. The owners were extremely helpful but not intrusive and we loved our welcome pack. The games room was a hit with all ages. The wifi can be hit and miss but you are in the country and we did have 6 of us trying to use it at the same time, it certainly didn't ruin our break away

Beautiful walks straight from the door. Well furnished, homely. Helpful owner. Local amenities if you have a car - but you know when you book that that is the case. Lots of small tlc issues in the property, all of which have been mentioned before (some for many months) - the poor quality beds & bedding, difficult to open/close windows without worrying they were going to break & dishwasher that did not wash dishes (despite a good cleaning by us) were the issues for us. these did not detract from it being a lovely place to stay, but paying attention to these issues would make a huge difference!

Wonderful and very comfortable place in the middle of the countryside. We had a lovely stay, we even had a welcome basket full of goodies when we arrived, many thanks to the owners.

Had a very enjoyable short break here, with my sister and her husband. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious. Some TLC is needed in the kitchen (poorly fitting cupboard doors) but it is completely useable. The games room is a welcome feature, although again there is some work required as some parts are rather shabby. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We all appreciated the welcome basket provided!

Very enjoyable stay and a lovely location. Accommodation is in need of some general maintenance i.e. shower door, shower head, dishwasher need attention but overall good value for money. Plenty of room and lots of equipment. Games room could do with a bit of a makeover.

Overall lovely break away, the barn offered plenty of space for our large family. The rooms were a bit dusty, but clean. It is not in walking distance from shops or pub and local walks are tricky as you need to walk on a field footpath so not practical with babies or small children. The games room was good fun, however needs a good clean and I'd prefer pets not to be allowed in the games room. Very helpful and pleasent family who own the barn and the welcome pack was really nice.
