There is more to life than your holiday barn... so get your walking boots on for some wonderful walks around Chilham and the Great Stour River. Take the kids to Badgers Hill Farm and Cidery (just a mile away) to see the animals and ponies, with its café, gift shop and Cidery. Trail the North Downs Way, visit Chilham Castle and the chocolate box picturesque Village of Chillham just 5 minutes away. Chilham is famous for the many period dramas which have been filmed there. The Woolpack, The White Horse pub, and The Church House Tea Room around Chilham Village are all very warm and welcoming.
Canterbury Cathedral City is only a 15 minutes’ drive away, steeped in History, it has a wide choice of restaurants for all tastes, and for the adventurous Charing Gliding Club is just 15 minutes away. There are many stunning beaches along the Southeast coast too. After a busy day, have a soak in the hot tub or in the beautiful roll top bath.
