A lovely few days despite poor weather as there is so much to do in the vicinity. Good food available at local pubs but location is close to the railway which can be a benefit for local travel but noisy in the evening and early morning.

We had a few young children and they were a bit scared of the stuffed fox and gun on the wall. It is also very near a level crossing, which might be a consideration for those with young children. Other than this, we had a lovely time.
