Description

This mid-terrace cottage with wooden floors and wood burner stands yards from a sandy beach, with birdwatching and fishing locally, and Norwich nearby.

Just 330 yards from a dog friendly, sandy beach, with Gold Park, mini golf, skate park and play area out of the garden gate. The cottage is situated close to the lively seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham, with more sandy beaches, shops, cafés and pubs. Wroxham, the capital of the Norfolk Broads, with daily boat hire, river trips, waterside restaurants and Roy’s, the world’s largest village store, is just 10 miles away. The city of Norwich is a 30-minute drive away for theatre, castle museum, cafés, pubs, cinema complexes, open market and two shopping malls. A lovely, well presented cottage. Bigger than we had expected and really close to everything we needed in the village. Also only a short car journey to Cromer. A really great mini break for us, the kids (7 + 5) and our dog.

What a wonderful cottage in a great position with parking. Its such a cosy cottage, so comfortable and welcoming. We have visited mundesley often over the last few years. We will definitely return to this cottage. The beach is very close and dog friendly. All amenities are very close. We used the local butchers ( amazing pork pies and homemade sausages) green grocers, post office, spar, Manor Hotel, The Ship. A very friendly village

Jenny’s cottage is a real home away from home, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We spent four nights in early November warm and snug. The welcome pack of the necessities to make a hot drink was wonderful. Tea and biscuits after a long day heaven. Don’t take my word for it, go and stay explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast and don’t forget to try the Fish and Fry in the village excellent fish and chips. Cannot recommendation highly enough 5* cant wait to go back and yes we have already re- booked

What a little gem and what was not to like! Jenny's cottage is perfect. It is superbly warm, comfortable and very well furnished and equipped. It is located a stone's throw from the village centre and yet in a very quiet and unique position, close to the beach and all amenities. Our dog was in paradise, having 2 fully enclosed gardens at her disposal and an enormous recreation ground, just beyond the gate and the beach beyond that. Parking is generous and secure.

We absolutely loved staying at Jenny's Cottage. It was very well equipt with over 100 DVDs (classic and current movies), games, comfortable beds, informative welcome pack, quality linen and towels and generally excellent facilities. The cottage was really clean and was located within minutes of the arcade, shops, park and beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay again tomorrow. Mundesley is a wonderful seaside small town, perfect for young families. The only minor request would be to have access to additional bed sheets to accommodate nighttime accidents (my 3 year old). Nonetheless a wonderful cottage!

The cottage very dog friendly with enclosed gardens back & front with ideal location for dog walks. Parking good despite narrow road to gain access. Throughly enjoyed stay despite poor weather but spoilt due to complaint made by owners re bleach stained towels supplied but accused ourselves of ruining! This greatly spoilt our stay as I ensure I always leave any cottage I stay in as clean as able with items supplied.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay at the cottage and I'm sorry that my contacting you regarding the damaged towels spoilt your stay, but our cleaner notified us that the towels were damaged after your stay and as you had not left us any comment to say that they were damaged when you arrived we assumed that they were damaged during your stay. We pride ourselves on the quality of our towels and bed linen and would hate to think that we were leaving damaged or soiled items for our guests.
